Our policies

Cancellation

Any changes to bookings within 14 days of the arrival date will incur 100% cancellation fees. All refunds prior to 14 days of the arrival date will incur a 5% administration fee. Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival date – 50% of the full booking amount will be refunded, less 5% administration fee. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date – full payment is due. 0% of the amount will be refunded. 

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation must be provided in writing via email to pecanstay@gmail.com.
No telephonic conversations will be accepted.

  • Check-in time: From 14:00

  • Check-out time: By 10:00

Please note:

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Kindly notify us of your estimated arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us prepare the rooms for our next guests.

A deposit of 50% is required within 48 hours of making the booking in order to confirm the booking. The balance to be paid one week before arrival. If no communication is received thereafter, the booking will be cancelled.

Secure, covered parking is available on-site for all guests at no additional charge.

One parking space is allocated per room.

Please park only in the designated guest parking area.

Pecan Stay is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles or personal belongings left in vehicles.

Guests are requested to ensure their vehicles are locked and valuables are not left in plain sight.

Parking for visitors (non-staying guests) must be arranged with management in advance.

For special requests or additional parking needs, please contact us before your arrival.
